Privacy Policy

How Flying Broom AI handles account details, photos, videos, payments and support requests.

Last updated: October 23, 2026.

This policy describes the handling of information on Flying Broom AI. For privacy questions or requests, email support@flyingbroomai.com.

Photo-to-video generation and one-time credit purchases are available. When you start a video, we process your photo and task information as described below. Browsing the site does not itself submit a photo to the video provider.

Information involved in using the service

  • Account and session information: the name, email address and authentication information associated with your account, together with session and security records. Authentication records can include an IP address and browser or device information.
  • Photos and generated content: the photo you choose to upload, the resulting video and information needed to locate and deliver those files. Use a photo you own or have permission to use; avoid sending unrelated sensitive information.
  • Generation records: your selected settings, the prepared scene instructions, provider task identifier, task status, error details, timestamps and credit reservations or adjustments. These records help us follow a job through generation, delivery and review.
  • Purchase information: the selected pack, amount, currency, credit entitlement, order and payment identifiers, payment status, and billing or payment contact details returned by Stripe. Payment details entered into Stripe Checkout are processed by Stripe; the site does not need your full card number to credit your purchase.
  • Support information: your email address, message and any order, task or attachment details you send us. Please do not email passwords, card details or private access links.
  • Technical request information: our hosting and security services process information about requests, such as network address, browser information, requested pages, timing and errors, to deliver and protect the site.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, process requested purchases, record credits, submit requested video jobs, deliver results, investigate failures and respond to support requests. We also use relevant records to prevent misuse, reconcile payments and credit changes, and handle legal or security obligations.

The service uses session and authentication cookies or similar browser storage where needed for sign-in and the requested workflow. Clearing or blocking that storage may interrupt your session.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare: account, order, task and credit records are stored in D1. Uploaded photos and stored output videos use private R2 storage. The application controls access to these files; private storage does not prevent a provider from receiving a file when needed to fulfil your request. Cloudflare also provides hosting and request delivery.

Haomao and the selected video model: when you request a video, Haomao receives the photo or an authorized link to it, the prepared reference video and scene instructions, and the selected generation settings. The configured model is Seedance 2.0 Mini. Haomao and its upstream model infrastructure process those inputs to make the video. Their processing is also subject to their own terms and practices. Ask us before uploading if a provider's handling of your image is material to your decision.

Stripe: Stripe processes checkout and payment information and returns the transaction information needed to fulfil the order. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for its practices.

Support email: Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to our support address to the support inbox used to handle them. The email services involved process those messages and attachments.

Service providers may process information in countries different from your own. This page does not promise storage or processing in a particular country. We may also disclose relevant information when necessary to comply with a legal requirement, protect users or address misuse and security incidents.

Visibility and security

Uploaded photos and stored results are not added to a public gallery by default. Account checks and controlled media access are used for the user's task history and downloads. People handling support or operating the service may need access to relevant records when investigating a request or incident.

The homepage shows generated examples to illustrate the available flying broom scenes. These examples are separate from customers' private uploads and results. Downloaded copies and content you choose to post elsewhere are handled by you and the services where you share them.

Access controls reduce unauthorized access but cannot guarantee complete security. Keep account access and downloaded files secure, and report suspected unauthorized access to support.

Retention and your requests

There is no fixed automatic deletion period offered for uploads, videos, account records or support messages. Files available in your history should not be treated as permanent backup storage; download the results you want to keep.

You can email support to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your account. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. We review requests according to applicable requirements and the information involved; payment, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal records may need to be retained. A request is not an assurance that every provider, log or backup copy can be removed immediately.

Your available privacy rights depend on the law that applies to you. Contact support@flyingbroomai.com to make a request or ask how a particular category of information is handled.

Changes

We will publish changes on this page and update the date above. Review the current policy before submitting photos or making a purchase. The Terms of Service explain the use of credits, task outcomes and permitted content.
