Terms of Service

Flying Broom AI terms for photo-to-video generation, one-time credit packs and task review.

Last updated: October 23, 2026.

These terms apply to Flying Broom AI. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit content or make a purchase. Contact support@flyingbroomai.com with questions.

Service and current availability

Flying Broom AI is a photo-to-video service designed to put one person or pet into a flying broom scene. Street Flight and Car Window Flight produce 6-second videos; Police Stop produces an 11-second video. All three templates use 720p, vertical 9:16 output, a photo of one person or pet, a prepared reference video and scene instructions with Haomao's Seedance 2.0 Mini service.

Account registration, one-time credit purchases and video generation are open. Choose a credit pack, complete Stripe Checkout and submit your photo to start a video. A published price or reference clip does not itself place an order or start a generation.

We may limit access while investigating service, security or payment issues. Provider queues and processing times vary; no completion time is guaranteed.

Your account and submitted content

Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in access secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. You must have the legal capacity and authority required to use the service and make a purchase.

Upload your own photo or one you are authorized to use, with the necessary permission from the person shown. Do not submit content that violates privacy, image, copyright or other rights. Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual exploitation, harassment, fraud, harmful impersonation or attempts to bypass access and payment controls.

You keep any rights you already hold in your input. You authorize the processing, storage and transfer of your input needed to carry out your requested generation and deliver the result, including processing by Haomao and its model infrastructure. See the Privacy Policy for the data involved.

Credits, prices and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases paid in US dollars through Stripe. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The available packs, price and number of credits are displayed on the site and at checkout; check the total and selected pack before paying. Each video generation uses 10 credits. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry.

Credits are service usage units, not money or a promise of cash redemption. The smallest pack covers one video; larger packs reduce the effective price per video. A displayed per-video comparison is the pack price divided by the number of videos its credits cover, rather than a separate charge for each video in the pack.

An order must be confirmed before the purchased credits become available. Contact support if a payment appears completed but the expected credits are missing; include the order identifier or receipt, not your card details. Prices for future purchases may change, but the amount for an order is the amount shown when you authorize that checkout.

Task status and returned credits

When you request a video, the service reserves the required credits while the task is submitted and processed. A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits. Returned credits are not a cash refund of the original credit-pack payment.

If submission is uncertain, the task and reserved credits remain under review. Do not assume that a timeout or a missing preview means the provider did not receive the request. Contact support with the existing task identifier instead of submitting a duplicate paid task. The service does not automatically retry by creating a new paid generation.

A provider-completed video that cannot yet be delivered also needs review. Work on retrieving or delivering that same result is different from paying to generate another clip. Keep the task record so support can investigate.

Results, reference clips and use of output

AI-generated appearance, clothing, hands, broom contact, movement and audio can vary. A completed task can contain creative or visual details you dislike. Review the whole result, including sound, before publishing; exact likeness, matching a source clip and a particular creative outcome are not guaranteed. An unwanted detail in a completed video is not automatically a confirmed generation failure.

Homepage previews labeled as results from our tool are generated examples. They illustrate the available scenes; your uploaded photo produces a separate result. Third-party reference footage used to guide generation remains subject to its creator's rights. Naming TikTok, Seedance or another third-party service does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Payment does not grant rights to third-party faces, characters, brands, reference footage or music. You are responsible for the permissions and platform rules that apply to your intended use of the output, including commercial publication. We do not promise exclusive rights or unrestricted commercial use of every generated result. When sharing, make clear that the flight is AI-generated where needed to avoid misleading viewers or to comply with the destination platform's rules.

Downloads, storage and support requests

When a completed result is available in your account, review it and download the MP4 you want to keep. File history is not a promise of permanent storage. There is no published automatic deletion or permanent-retention schedule; contact support about data requests as described in the Privacy Policy.

For missing credits, failed or uncertain tasks, delivery problems, mistaken charges or a request concerning an unused purchase, email support@flyingbroomai.com. Include your account email and the relevant order or task identifier. Requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable requirements. These terms do not create a blanket cash-refund promise or remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Service changes and disputes

We may update the workflow, supported formats or these terms. Material offer details should be reviewed on the current page and checkout before a new purchase. Updates will be published here with a revised date; they do not rewrite the amount of an already authorized order.

We may restrict activity that violates these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Contact support to discuss an account restriction, purchase or dispute. Nothing on this page excludes a responsibility or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
